Welcome to JLR Keys. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (info@jlrkeys.co.uk) and our key replacement and programming services. By using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or services.

 

2. Services Provided

 

JLR Keys provides mobile key cutting, programming, and replacement services for Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles. We offer:

• Spare key cutting and programming

• Lost or stolen key replacement

• Key reprogramming and immobiliser resets

• Remote key fob repair and syncing

 

Our services are available in designated areas as specified on our website.

 

3. Booking & Payments

• Booking a Service: You can request a service via our website, phone, or email. All bookings are subject to availability.

• Payment: Payment is required in full upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments (processed securely via a third-party provider).

• Quotes: Any quote provided is valid for 7 days and may be subject to change based on additional work required.

 

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Customer Cancellations: If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• No-Show Policy: If we arrive at the agreed location and you are unavailable, a call-out fee may be charged.

• Refunds: Refunds are only issued in cases where JLR Keys is unable to complete the service due to reasons beyond our control. Once a key is cut and programmed, it is non-refundable.

 

5. Warranty & Liability

• 12-Month Warranty: All replacement keys and programming services come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturer defects or programming faults. This does not cover:

• Physical damage, water damage, or misuse

• Keys lost or stolen after service completion

• Issues caused by third-party modifications to the vehicle’s security system

• Limitation of Liability: JLR Keys is not responsible for:

• Any costs incurred due to lost or damaged keys after service completion

• Additional vehicle issues unrelated to key programming

• Delays caused by third-party suppliers or unforeseen circumstances

 

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure you provide the correct vehicle details when booking.

• Provide access to your vehicle at the agreed location and time.

• Inform us if your vehicle has aftermarket security systems that may affect key programming.

 

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in additional charges or the service being declined.

 

7. Data Protection & Privacy

 

Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use your data only for the purpose of completing your requested service and do not share it with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

 

8. Third-Party Services & Links

 

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or payment providers. JLR Keys is not responsible for the content or policies of these external sites. Use them at your own risk.

 

9. Changes to These Terms

 

JLR Keys reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to our website.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of England & Wales.
